My project will include multiple different elements (i.e., hot tub, pool, natural gas fire table and decking). Will I have to coordinate my project with specialty trades and who completes which job and when?
No. We will coordinate the entire backyard landscaping project for you and you won’t have to worry about anything.
We will acquire any needed permits and oversee the entire job, including the hiring of any skilled subcontractors for specialty trades (gas fitting, carpentry work, plumbing, etc.).
Do you provide any warranties? Guarantees?
Absolutely.
We guarantee our workmanship on all hardscaping products for two years and we guarantee our pricing quotes as well.

How are you able to guarantee your pricing?
Once a final Scope of Work is agreed upon, our price will not change.
We have been providing landscaping services for many years and know what things cost. Once we know the size of your backyard, what you want and which materials will be used, we’ll know exactly which costs are involved and will provide them to you, in writing.
Unless you change the Scope of Work, or there is an unforeseeable obstacle (i.e., giant rock underground), the price we have agreed to will remain the same.
I don't like surprises and would like to know what my backyard will look like beforehand.
We offer various design packages and you will be invited to meet with us at our office to discuss your ideas and develop a wish-list that coincides with your property.
We also offer 2D Concept Renderings (Black & White or Colour) and 3D Renderings. This can include a full immersive digital walkthrough of your proposed design.
Opting for a design package will mean that every inch of your project will be visualized and accounted for beforehand.
There won’t be any surprises.
I've heard that it's hard to get a swimming pool installed due to COVID-related manufacturing and delivery delays.
While it is true that COVID has had a dramatic impact on most manufacturing companies – including pool manufacturers – we do have solid relationships with our dealers and are working to ensure that any delays are minimized.
If you are thinking about having a pool installed, it’s probably best to get your request for a quote in to us as early as possible.
What kind of deposit will you require?
Once we have agreed to your Scope of Work, we will ask for a 20% deposit.
Once the deposit has been received, you will be presented with a backyard landscaping contract to reserve your spot in our construction schedule.
What kind of mess can we expect to deal with?
Once the job is complete, none at all.
We’re sticklers for details and the only thing we’ll leave behind is a beautiful backyard for you and your family to enjoy.
How long will it take you to finish our backyard landscaping project?
Different jobs take different amounts of time to complete, so it’s a challenge to estimate completion times without knowing any details about your project.
That being said, we always aim to complete projects quickly – without sacrificing quality – and we want you to enjoy your space as quickly as possible.
