We call this a “full 360 project”, as the clients had dreamed of turning their grass-filled yard into an entertainer’s paradise.
Starting with the front yard, we created a wider driveway, raised gardens, and a natural stone covered porch added a tremendous amount of curb appeal.
We added a transitional walkway from front to back to a walkout basement, which leads into a backyard that boasts a large bbq area, raised garden beds, cabana, dining area and steps leading to an upper level deck to access the main floor of the home.
The transformation of both the front and back of this home really was remarkable, as the homeowners now truly enjoy these new spaces while knowing the overall value of their home was also greatly increased.
